Zhan Capital LLC - Privacy Policy

Effective July 26, 2026. Zhan Capital LLC operates the Coppice platform (coppice.ai).

1. Scope

This policy covers information collected by Zhan Capital LLC, including through the Coppice platform at coppice.ai, and specifically covers our text message (SMS) program.

2. Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed only to the telecommunications provider that transmits a message on our behalf, solely to deliver it, and to subcontractors providing support services to us.

3. What we collect

• The mobile number a user enters into their own account.
• The date and time consent was given, and the account it was given from.
• Message delivery status and any STOP, START or HELP reply.
• Account information such as name, email address and workspace activity.

4. How we use it

• To send account verification codes the user requested.
• To notify a user about activity on their own workspace.
• To honor opt-out requests and evidence that consent was given.

We do not use mobile numbers for marketing or promotional messaging.

5. Messaging program details

Message frequency varies with account activity; most recipients receive messages only when they request a verification code. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

6. Retention

We retain a number and its consent record while the account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to show that consent and opt-out were honored.

7. Your choices

Reply STOP to stop all messages, remove the number in account settings, or email support@coppice.ai.

8. Security

Mobile numbers are encrypted at rest and transmitted over encrypted connections.
