Zhan Capital LLC - SMS Opt-In

Effective July 26, 2026. Zhan Capital LLC operates the Coppice platform (coppice.ai).

Where consent is collected

A user enters their own mobile number in the Coppice web application while setting up their workspace, at coppice.ai/auth/setup. Pressing Send code requests a single verification text to that number. The consent box under the field is optional: it covers ongoing operational notifications, it is never pre-ticked, and it is not required to press Send code or to use the service. No number is added by anyone other than its owner. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Pressing Send code sends one verification code whether or not the box is ticked; ongoing notifications are sent only if it is.
